I ran the London Marathon today.
Here are 27 things it taught me about how to grow a YouTube channel and business.
I’m kidding.
It was a totally surreal event.
Here’s me and my cousin at mile 5:
Naturally, I breezed round with no cramp, no pain and no walking.
And I definitely didn’t almost sh*t myself.
The whole thing was really chill.
Except not really.
I got terrible cramp in both my legs around mile 14, walked a good chunk of the second half and my knee is still on fire.
I was on the edge of stopping for most of the 4 hours and 48 minutes of running.
Anyway, it’s a bucket list item ticked off.
I’m so glad to have done it, and highly recommend doing at least one (with the right amount of preparation) at least once in your life.
London is also the best one on the planet. 100,000s of people lined the street literally from the very start to the very end.
We’ve also now almost hit our £10,000 target for a charity my dad started 30 years ago which is incredible.
It’s called Amber, and they take young people off the streets and help them restart their lives.
Thank you to everyone who’s donated already - if you feel like supporting then there’s still time to donate.
Please donate what you can here.
Off to ice my knee and mentally prepare for the delayed onset muscle soreness that will likely ruin me.
Have an epic week!
