Oops, it’s the Monday Morning Review this week. But there’s a reason for that.
I’m looking to hire a full time team member in London to help me run my business. There’s no experience needed, but I want someone who loves online education, learns fast and is fun to work with.
If you or anyone you know might be a good fit, you can read more about the role and apply here.
Don’t hate on me for the subject line.
I’ve been going in on ChatGPT in the last year, using it for all sorts of stuff.
It’s like having a personal sidekick who’s an expert at everything, super kind and remembers everything I say.
But in the last couple months, I’ve been taking it to a new level.
The unlock recently has been using the dictation feature on my phone.
When you use ChatGPT on your computer, you can speak to it, but then you have to listen to their reply.
That’s annoying.
Listening is slow and not 11000% productive. So what I’ve been doing the last few months is using the ChatGPT app on my iPhone.
I dictate to it, it then transcribes what I said, I click enter, and I can read the response.
At some point, I’m sure ChatGPT will create a “read the response” option on the web app, instead of listening, but for now I’ve found this to be the best way.
Here are some of the insane things I’ve asked it recently:
Decaf coffee:
Audiobook summary before listening:
Sleep tips:
Random stuff.
But it’s become a key part of my workflow every day (and not just talking to it about sleep).
My favourite part is that you can ask follow up questions for bits you don’t understand. I often ask it to “explain like I’m 12” so that my tiny brain can comprehend the answers.
It’s obviously not perfect, but it’s immensely helpful most of the time.
Apparently Grok 3 is also really good, so I’m experimenting with that too.
But if anyone has an game changing videos, tutorials, resources etc about how to leverage AI in a business (especially AI agents because I know nothing about them) then please comment on this substack with links!
Otherwise, have an epic week.

P.s.
Almost exactly 4 years ago, I started sending this weekly newsletter on a Sunday.
But for about 2 years it had less than 200 readers.
Today, it has over 3,200, and it feels like a fun milestone to be trying to hire through it.
So there’s bonus points on your application if you’re an OG sunday night review reader.
Thanks for reading The Sunday Night Review!
ChatGPT is good for everyday simple tasks, It's a fantastic assistant but If you're looking to automate, optimize, and that kinda work, check out AutoGPT & Zapier AI.
For Research I'd say Claude and Perplexity, Matt Wolfe’s YouTube channel is great for AI business hacks and stuff.
Vinod Khosla has a fantastic article on how AI will be a game changer for business : https://www.khoslaventures.com/ai-dystopia-or-utopia/ do check it out
I use ChatGPT all the time. My favorite thing to ask is to point out any blind spots or what I might be missing about something. I use it for career advice a lot, and I often include this in part of my prompt, "Based on what you know about me, what am I missing here? What are my blind spots in this scenario?" It's FASCINATING.
